[OSM-np] [MapKathmandu] Help with guide on Routes

Bibek, here is the rule to use:

- If you break up a long segment that is previously in a relation, you
should put all the new (broken-up, smaller) segments in the relation as
well.
- See http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_Nepal/Public_transportfor
an example of the edit relation screen, and how it should look.
Hopefully you aren't modifying the stops, which need the roles, but do look
at that.
- In the second screenshot, you will see that to the left of the scrollbar,
there is what looks like a connected road. That kind of connection is
great. If you break a connection like that, please try to fix that.

I hope that acts as brief guidance. Monsoon Collective folks, is anyone
interested in doing a very brief screencast on public transport tagging
including breaking up segments?
