[OSM-np] A draft on tagging guidelines

Hi all,

We have prepared a draft on tagging guidelines. These guidelines can be
found in the following google document:

This is not the final draft though. We expect your feedbacks and comments
as we’ll be updating the document over time to make it more reliable to our
context. If you have contrasting views please let us know. If you could
post your suggestions within the end of this week, we look forward to make
this announcement in the upcoming blog post. We hope your on-topic
considerations will help us generate alternate queries.
