for developing country applicants to the one-year MSc ICT4D

creating ICT4D champions.  ****

They are also tenable on the MSc Management and Information
Systems<http://www.sed.manchester.ac.uk/postgraduate/taught/courses/01388/?code=01388&pg=all>programme;
which develops "hybrid" information systems professionals.

Applicants apply first for the programme.  On receipt of an offer, they
send a scholarship application statement by end June 2013.  The scholarship
