[OSM-np] Length of Roads in OSM in Nepal

[Prabhas Pokharel]

Total is actually on the bottom. I believe, the 87,492km are highway="",
though I'm not sure. (Anyone else know?)

TOTAL            126152553m

This number includes paths, and a lot of the hilly highways. Because of the
number of curves and so on, I would expect the hilly highways to have a lot
more length.
