[OSM-np] Open Data Day in Pokhara

Dear Open Data Enthusiasts,

We took Open Data Day in Chitwan last year. We are taking it to Pokhara

If you are in Pokhara, please come to the event. If you are not in Pokhara
but want to join us, please let us know.

There seems to be at least 3 events on March 5 in Nepal, that is great. I
hope you will join one or more of those, and express your solidarity with
world's growing open data community.
