The talk-nz mailing list has been created for New Zealand OSM activity.

Background:

Until now, NZ OSM discussion has been carried out at
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/nzopengis (along with other GIS
related talk)

After recent discussion there
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/nzopengis/D74saY3Wsxk  there was
some agreement to move OSM specific discussion to an OSMF hosted list.
Thus talk-nz was created.

The google group is currently still operational, but its future is a
little uncertain (hopefully it can be retained for archival purpose if
nothing else).
