Ahh. On 2nd reading I see you mean to automatically do most
name->name:en copies, apart from the ones that need manual fixing.
I have just done all the dual name = en/mi or mi/en names ones manually.
Fixed a few to use alt_name:mi. There are 28 more candidates where
name:mi has a /
