[Talk-nz] LINZ aerial maps

Hi Ivars,

The Canterbury Maps aerial imagery is not LINZ imagery, it is coming from
this Environment Canterbury:
https://gisbasemap.ecan.govt.nz/arcgis/rest/services/Imagery/MapServer
Unfortunately it looks like it is copyrighted and so should not be used for
OSM editing.
