[Talk-nz] MapRoulette Challenges in New Zealand

Hi all,

While doing this challenge I'm coming into contact with a lot of "lanes" (leading to cul de sacs) which seem to be half way between residential roads and service roads. Does anyone have any idea how to correctly tag these? Do they count as real 'residential road'?
