Hi

The Peruvian sea[0] is a bit different from other countries, because
Peru is one of the few countries in the world that has not signed the
Law of the Sea Convention[1]. In addition the Political Constitution of
Peru in article 54[2] considers 200 thousand marine Peruvian sea.
