Access Tagging
Since the Philippines is a country where many(!) streets are not
public, I suggest everyone while mapping should take a note on the
access status (in order to not loose that information). Private
Subdivisions (with gate houses and guys with shotguns in front of it)
cannot be consideres "public accessible", can they? ;) I suggest
tagging all of then access=private. I will try to implement this
completely in my upcoming final revision of Makati --Sorabsuperstar

Any comments?  I think this is a good idea, since it is important for
routing, and it is particularly a "phenomenon" here.  I will add this
tag around my area.
