Hi Zoren,
The link I placed means that access=private seems to be accepted for gated
communities. There's no access value called "Gated_Community". I think you
confused the URL "#Gated_Community" with "=Gated_Community".
As for getting to know who did what, Click on the (+) button on the right
side of the Slippy Map, then check the "Data" checkbox. It will show you all
the data in the current view. You can select any feature on the map and it
will show you all the info, like who added it and who last edited it.
