Currently uploading taytay, rizal roads from Rally de Leon (
http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Rally%20de%20Leon )

I added a generic tags like this:
highway=residential
source=import from rallydeleon's gtm

Further edits maybe required for unconnected and overlapping ways as
well as road names and road class.
