You can also check who made the edits by clicking the data layer:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=9.30777&lon=123.30689&zoom=16&layers=B000FFTT
On the left pane, it will show you the list of of object within the
zoom area. You can click the object to show edit history.
