[talk-ph] Ayala, EDSA and Makati Avenue

I wonder if we have got to change the drawing for roads like Ayala Avenue, Makati Avenue and EDSA.

They are currently drawn as 2 parallel single-direction ways.

It causes the map to render the name twice and doesn't look nice.  Example:

Look at Makati Avenue for instance-two overlapping street names are written one of top of the other but with a slight offset-making me wonder if I have double vision when I look at it.

Maybe it has to be changed to a primary 2 way road with 6 lanes

Also, a lot of places Makati now appear with the label:  "not in map features" and "residential without name"

I also see buildings with "building=yes" but still appearing as "not in map features".  Strange.
