[talk-ph] Relations for LRT/MRT lines

Before, the ways representing the MRT3 are disconected due to the "layers". Recently, I created a relation that connected the said train line.
My question: Can we apply this to LRT1 & LRT2 (and possibly PNR lines in the near future)?
