I took out my trusty Citiatlas, looked at candidate buildings in the
vicinity of Sta. Mesa, picked out Mezza Residences as a candidate and did a
Google Image Search:
http://images.google.com/images?q=mezza+residences+sta+mesa
That seems to be it. Your photo and the building renders match down to the
wide white stripe in the lower half of the towers.
For further confirmation, I went to SkyscraperCity (since I'm sure the
people there will have close-up photos of the actual structure there, the
real estate addicts that they are) and found this forum page with a photo:
http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=253220&page=39
Anyway, I found out that it wasn't mapped yet in OSM so I took the liberty
of adding it in: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/32973100
