[talk-ph] SCTEX Interchange errors

I have just passed that route last night but my GPS was not on "go to" mode
and so I was not aware of the routing error and, I was not "tracking" also.


Yes, please upload the gpx trace and I can help correct it as I am familiar
with the interchange mentioned.
