[talk-ph] First spam in OSM Philippines?

Hi guys,

I came across this contributed way:

Aside from the obvious newbie drawing (doesn't know how to end a way) and
tagging (it's both tagged as a primary highway and commercial landuse), the
name doesn't seem to be the name of building which is what the user
apparently tried to draw. If you Google the name, it leads to an MLM
organization. So I think this contribution is spam.

I've fixed this (http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/30643745) and made
in into a proper building (Belvedere Tower).

These kinds of edits will definitely be an issue in the future. Discuss.
