[talk-ph] Fwd: [OSM-talk] keepright! goes global

I saw some blue arrows indicating 2 roads are close, but not conneected. In Cebu this is the case near Car-Car in the south, and also in the north of Cebu Island. Maybe this could be the reason for the "island" warning on other intersections (Not connected to the world, because of these gaps)?

I'll try to connect them tomorrow.
