[talk-ph] data request to add tag for north/south harbor pier numbers

Hi,

My family went to M/V Doulos last weekend.  The kids bought a lot of
books, but I can't find anything for me :(.
Anyway, I discovered that Pier numbers are not in OSM.  If anybody
knows the pier sequence can you please add them to OSM.
