Hi,

Someone sent me a gpx file of the subic race track.

I added them to OSM:

The proposed tagging for race track seems to be abandoned but I added
them anyway:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/34374169

If there is another suitable tag for this, please edit them.
