[talk-ph] tag for retreat house and convent

The nearest would be amenity=place_of_worship.

Retreat houses, monasteries, convents, etc. are technically places of
worship.

Maybe we can diversify:

amenity=place_of_worship
place_of_worship=parish|monastery|convent|retreat_house|cathedral|basilica|mosque|synagogue|temple
