[talk-ph] several variations of postcodes in osm-ph

Hi,

There are several key tag for philippine postcodes in the Philippines.

addr:postcode
postal_code
is_in:zip

Often, these postcodes is attached to a POI.  Can we "standardize"?  Any ideas?
