[talk-ph] Commonwealth now connects to Quirino Highway?

Hi guys,

In Google Map Maker, Commonwealth Avenue has been extended to connect
directly to Quirino Highway.

Can anybody confirm that this is so? That's possibly a major road that's not
yet in OSM. :-)
