Hi Eric,

There's actually a tag for the official name: official_name=*

For the name=* tag itself, it should be what casual people expect to see on
maps.

So it could be something like:

name=Makati City
official_name=City of Makati
name:tl=Lungsod ng Makati
official_name:tl=Lungsod ng Makati

or

name=Makati
official_name=City of Makati
name:tl=Makati
official_name:tl=Lungsod ng Makati
