hi,
We have a working prototoype of stepjuan's webmap with geocoded photos.
The photos are in my flickr set:

The webmap is here:

You need to zoom a bit more to see the location of the photos. Please
test if this works on your browser (firefox, safari, opera or IE).
Things to consider is the overall browser experience. If anyone has
ideas in making the webmap better (such as optimizing page loading).
I'm running out of javascript ideas :)
