I've recommended this Hong Kong site before, and will do so again .... Data loggers start at about 500 HKD, but I got a non-logging GPS (which I hook up to my phone / laptop via bluetooth) for about 275 HKD. Still going strong.

So if you know someone visiting HK, its worth a go. 

Do you actually need the logging? If you're hooking it up to a phone/laptop then maybe you just need the receiver, and can let the other device handle the logging?
