[talk-ph] motorways leading to nowhere?

Yes, I feel the same. One of the definitions of a motorway is that it 
"does not cross at level with any road, railway or tramway track, or 
footpath" (according to wikipedia) so if this road does, then it's 
definitely not a motorway.
