[talk-ph] what's up with Province of Dinagat Island?

the island's declaration as a province was recently voided by the
supreme court...read it sometime ago but too lazy to google for the
news article. it's too small population can't make it into a province

i was supposed to visit the island last year but had to cancel it at
the last moment...wish to set foot there someday
