I added some turn restrictions between McKinley and 5th Avenue last January ( http://osm.org/go/4zhGX@rd ) , and some in my home city (M. Paulino area) and in Lucena

Tony Montana: Me, I want what's coming to me.
Manny Ribera: Oh, well what's coming to you?
Tony Montana: The world, chico, and everything in it.

OSM has a schema outlined for creating turn restrictions:
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Relation:restriction

I corrected and added a few here:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changeset/4159107

no_left_tern restrictions are implemented along the Ayala-Gil Puyat
intersection.  Please add more for major roads.

Disclosure: osm-ph gps garmin maps understand turn restrictions and
thus better routing.
