Dear osmphgps garmin map users,
We are having issues with compiling the latest data for the mapsource
and macroadtrip installers of the garmin maps. However, the
gmapsupp.img data is not affected. I suspect this has something to do
with creating the address index. As I have very little time to debug
the issue at this time (is it data or mkgmap?), I have reverted the
public download link to the last known working version (April 15,
2011).
The daily compile is still running, however, until we can sort out the
issue, I will not upload them into the public link. And since the
gmapsupp is not affected, you can continue using the latest map via
the gmapsupp route. If anyone is interested in looking at the compile
problems, you can create your own map installers by using the build
scripts in our github: https://github.com/maning/osmphgps
