[talk-ph] Bing Maps has an updated satellite image of Metro Manila?

Also parts of Nueva Ecija (Bongabon, etc.).  I believe panned around
the whole PH, but the bingimageanalyzer has a few bugs, sometimes,
areas we found to have imagery already doesn't the N more tile
message.

Please check again other areas.
