[talk-ph] Easy way to test routing on OSM data

Go here: http://apmon.dev.openstreetmap.org/routing?lat=14.58917&lon=121.0708&zoom=17&layers=M

Click on the Routing tab.

Click on the start marker and then on the map to select your starting point.

Click on the end marker and then on the map to select your destination.

Select your routing engine (don't select Opensource Routing Machine
since it doesn't have data for the Philippines)

Select other options.

Then click on "Find Route".

Ta da!

You guys should play around with this in order to find routing errors
and missing turn restrictions (such as no-left-turns).
