FYI,

Some of you maybe using the apps (free or paid) listed here:

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Blocked_applications

These apps were blocked by the OSM admins for non-compliance with the
Tile Usage Policy.  If you have paid for an app listed here, please
request the developer to setup their own map rendering service so that
they do not consume too much resource from the main osm servers.
