[talk-ph] status of remapping

hi! 

i made edits to san juan. noticed major segments missing for blumentritt and p guevarra. some segments near xavier and madison. some were covered by
by clouds so i approxinated, expect a few meters off there

i remember touching most roads in that area to align with bing, probably helped in some way against redaction thst made those segments "mine" plus the one-way tags and POIs  i added some time ago

as of the moment though, i can't check routing with gps as i dont have one at the moment but i can at least certify it is accurate as i pass by those inner roads to/from qc to avoid edsa
