This is great!

Are the images already georectified? And how much of the Philippines
have such imagery?

While the imagery is not as high as we would like, this is much, much
better than Landsat for tracing rivers, coastlines, and roads.
(Assuming the imagery is in the public domain and not just freely
available.)
