[talk-ph] osmphgps garmin map now divided into 5 tiles

garmin map users,

For some reason during the last week the the magic number of node
limit (1,000,000) to each tile was reached. As a result, the osmphgps
garmin map is now divided into 5 tiles.  Kml of the split here [0].
If your are experiencing routing issues because of this, please report
in github [1].
