yes you're right, i've tagged many roads here in makati that are one way
from 6am to 9pm (e.g. J.P. Rizal)
some roads here in CBD are two-way during weekends and holidays

I've yet to finish Vigan City center, i think i lost my note on my phone
listing the one-way streets :(

how about Paseo de Roxas? the number of lanes per direction changes. three
lanes going to CBD in the morning, two going out. In the afternoon, three
going out, two cmoing it. even the intersection of Cruzada is blocked
during the day.

but that's an exception :P
