Hi David, and everyone on the OSM PH email group****

** **

I just wanted to let you know that I had a meeting with Manette
Condevillamar at Barangay Basak San Nicolas this morning, and we have
decided to re-schedule the street mapping party for 8am on Saturday
12thMay. We have re-scheduled because this time and day are more
convenient
for the local residents, and also to avoid the hottest part of the day.****

** **

As such the new agenda for the street mapping party is as follows:****

** **

8:00am****

Orientation, introduction and split into groups ****

9:00am****

Set off from Barangay Hall in 3 or 4 groups with walking maps and GIS
devices****

12:00 midday****

Lunch at the Barangay Hall, which has been provided by the World Bank****

1:00pm****

Collate all walking maps and GPS traces for analysis, cleaning and upload
to OSM****

1:30pm****

End of mapping party****

** **

All are welcome to join us, and so far David Whittall has signed up (David
– can you make Saturday morning?). Please meet at San Nicolas Barangay
Hall on Tagunol Street (Coordinates: 10°17'9"N 123°52'14"E) at 8:00am if
you plan to atend. ****

** **

I look forward to meeting you there if you can make it. If you plan to
come it would be great if you can make contact with me, and let me know
whether you will be able to bring a GPS data logger for use during the
day. We currently have 2 devices, but would ideally like to use 4 so that
we can break up into 4 groups to get the majority of the Barangay’s
footpaths mapped within a morning.****

Best regards****
