[talk-ph] Edits from Barangay Luz and Basak San Nicolas Street Mapping Party uploaded to OSM

Hi All

 

Just a quick note to let you know that my colleague Ian has now uploaded
the cleaned up GPS traces of walking footpaths in the Cebu Barangays of
Luz and Basak San Nicolas to OSM.  Many thanks to Totor for his help
with directing us to editing tools and walking papers, and a special
mention to David Whittall and his friend Brett for coming along to Basak
San Nicolas last Saturday and getting involved.

 

Over the next couple of weeks we will be making further edits to include
landmarks such as churches, basketball courts and schools; as well as
sitio names on the map tiles in these Barangays.  As relative newbies to
this, we would really appreciate your comments on our edits; and please
feel free to quality control/add in known landmarks in the two areas.
