[talk-ph] iD editor is now in Beta

Hi guys,

The guys from MapBox have been hard at work on developing the new iD
editor, which was first initiated by Richard Fairhurst who is the main
developer of the Potlatch 1 and Potlatch 2 editors.

Unlike Potlatch 1 and 2, which use Adobe Flash, or the JOSM editor which
needs Java, the iD editor is a native HTML5 application. You just need a
recent web browser such as Firefox, Opera, Safari, or IE 10 and you can
edit OSM at once.
