[talk-ph] Proposed OpenStreetMap Philippines Logo

I like them both!  Although I prefer the first version (PH map only).
One personal request is to remove the star (Manila country capital),
never been a fan of Manila as much more important than the rest of the
country. :)
Can we run a like campaign on facebook?
