Hi guys,

The OpenStreetMap Foundation has just selected the winning bid for the
State of the Map 2013 (the annual international OSM conference) and it will
be held in Birmingham, United Kingdom from September 6 to 8:

For those interested, FOSS4G (the international conference for free and
open source geospatial software, organized by OSGeo) will be held in nearby
Nottingham, United Kingdom from September 17 to 21.

Hopefully then can provide scholarships so that people without the means to
attend can come. :-)
