[talk-ph] iD the new OSM editor (javascript)

Richard F (developer of potlatch 1 and 2) and the MapBox team is
currently building a new web-based editor using javascript and d3.
The editor is now in alpha1 and can be used in the live database.
Please test and report bugs.  I made a quick edit today and I must say
it looks very promising especially for newbies.

The challenge is not to read any manual.  The editing functions should
be obvious.  If it isn't, then it should be improved. :)
