[talk-ph] Typhoon Yolanda / Haiyan

Hi,

I browsed looking for "new" Bing high resolution images using
http://ant.dev.openstreetmap.org/bingimageanalyzer-ve/ , and found some
that do not already appear on
http://tools.openstreetmap.org.ph/imagery_coverage/ . (Maybe they were
already mentioned on this list, I don't know)

For example, in Northern Samar, Masbate, Panay Island, Surigao del
Sur... (You can compare by setting the above coverage maps in two
windows side by side).

Along Northern Samar north coast, for example, it was thus possible to
start mapping some roads (between Laoang and San Roque). More villages,
town streets and rivers could also be added.

There are certainly other areas in the same situation. Mandaon, for one
example.

Also, I checked Orbview-3 imagery again, but images that are not already
online are (still) very cloudy.

Best wishes,

Jean-Guilhem
