Here's a call to imagery providers to license disaster/crisis imagery
under a public license.

While we appreciate the access provided by many imagery providers in
response to the Yolanda crisis, OSM-FR is launching a campaign to make
the imagery more accessible beyond OSM tracing.

I am personally in favor of this call.  As an OSM-PH community, I
think this will be beneficial for us as well for the longer recovery
and rebuilding efforts.
