Haven't tested all the apps, but so far, I like trip Barker:

Plus points:
- draggable start and end point
- multi-modal routing that includes the actual OSM data via
OpenTripPlanner engine
- weather reports along the route using OpenWeatherMap.org API
- allows crowdsourcing of incidents, route and weather reports.
