[talk-ph] Bohol earthquake mapping

Hi guys,

I hope everyone here who were affected by the recent earthquake is OK.

Here's the crowdsourced situation map spearheaded by the Google community:

On the OSM side, Ervin has been adding POIs in Bohol and marking some
infrastructure such as roads and bridges as impassable.

I am also seeing a lot of new OSM contributors who are tracing buildings in
Tagbilaran City and it seems they are doing it in a coordinated manner (the
territory has been divided into "tiles"). Does anybody know who organized
this?

It's too bad that Bing Maps does not have extensive satellite imagery in
Bohol. We have some imagery around Tagbilaran, Inabanga, and Ubay:
