Hi, Maning!

Atty. Rafael Yap, the Executive Director of CITOM, also has the Cebu
jeepney route shapefiles. Since you are the one who trained him on OSM,
maybe he could help the community access the data. Also, I understand he
has sent a request to DOTC to train his team on how to build their own GTFS
database...
